General Instructions:

• Make sure you have a valid mobile number and email address to open Online Account.
• Make sure you have a NID/Smart Card (10 digit, 13 digit and 17 digit NID number are accepted).
• Both side of NID/Smart Card should be integrated into one image file.
• Make sure you have a Checkbook/Bank certificate copy of your Bank account to find out 9 digit routing number and 13 digit bank a/c number
• Make sure you have digital/scanned Photo and signature
• Scanned/ camera-captured files must be in JPG format and size less than 3 MB
